OUR TEAM

Dan Pyke loves the local church and has a deep passion for helping the next generation follow Jesus. Before stepping into his role with the CBAC, he spent years serving as a youth and children’s pastor in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and has also worked in camping ministry and post-secondary student development.

Dan holds degrees from Crandall University (BA) and Acadia Divinity College (MDiv and MA) and is currently working toward his Doctor of Ministry at Acadia. A graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program, he is also trained as a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and is currently training to become an assistant instructor in Taekwondo.

Dan is known for asking two key questions that shape his ministry:
“Why?” and “Will they still be following Jesus in ten years if we do—or don’t do—this?”

Dan and his wife, live in Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick, with their four kids. Their home church is RiverCross Church, where Dan volunteers in next generation ministries. As a family, they love reading, camping, and hiking—and finding new trails to explore whenever they can.
