Kids Ministry Leaders Labs are small regional gatherings designed to inspire, equip, and encourage children’s ministry volunteers and staff. The event is intentionally designed as a Lab, not a lecture-based conference. The goal is to create a collaborative, relational space where leaders can learn, reflect, share ideas, and connect with one another around the real challenges of kids ministry today.
